Determined Girls FC maintain unbeaten record

Defending champions Determined Girls FC have ended their first phase with an unbeaten record in the LFA/Orange National Women’s League. 

They played 9 games without receiving a single defeat, bagging 27 points.

 At the same time, World Girls FC defeated City Football Academy 4-2 at Tulsa in Barnesville with Chidinma  Onwuka’s hat-trick and a lone goal from Benetha Gbeanqoui enough to give the Iron Ladies all three points.

They sit third place on the league table with 18 points, while City Football Academy trades with 16 points in 4th place.

Thanks to Mercy Threason and Boh Saran Kourouma who scored two goals from City Football Academy, but they were not enough to help the club collect all three points. 

Still, at Tusa Field, Ambassador FC defeated Blanco  FC 6-1 maintaining second place at the top of the table with Decontee Jackson and  Miatta Morris scoring separate hat-tricks to complete the scoring sheet. 

Ambassador FC have secured 24 points from 9 matches.

At the Samuel Kanyon Doe practice pitch in Paynesville, Soccer Ambassador FC beat Earth Angels FC 3-1 to remain in 5th place. 

Two goals from Zaniabu Swaray and one from Abishg Doe were enough to give the club their three points. 

To climaxed the weekend at the Nancy B. Doe Stadium in Kakata, Margibi County, Hippo FC flogged D.C Shooters FC 2-1 and climbed sixth place in the LFA/Orange National Women’s League table with 11 points. 

Meanwhile, relegation zones hold Blanco  FC, Earth Angels FC, Shaitta Angels and D.C Shooters at first phase. 

 Blanco FC sits in the relegation zone with 9 points from 9 games, followed by Earth Angels with 3 points from 9 matches, DC Shooters with 5 points from 9 games and Shaitta Angels FC are at the bottom with 2 points from 9 games, respectively.https://thenewdawnliberia.com/determined-girls-fc-punish-earth-angels-5-0/
