Sen. Grupee rallies Nimba citizens

Nimba County Junior Senator Thomas Grupee, is calling on Nimbaians to support recent decision of lawmakers for each electoral district across the country to be allotted US$1 Million for development.

Senator Grupee said when that is done, it would enable lawmakers to be involved with district and county development.

The Nimba lawmaker said on a daily basis, citizens asked them to undertake development in the districts.

He made the call during a visit to Duo-Boe Town, District #2 in Nimba County recently where he donated 45,000 Liberian Dollars to citizens of the town.

Senator Grupee also toured several parts of the county and challenged the citizens to do away with activities that would divide the county.
